The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 provide a framework for the protection of personal data. This page explains your rights under these regulations and how Wise-prairie complies with its obligations as a data controller.
Wise-prairie acts as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our heritage consulting services. This means we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. This is commonly known as a "subject access request." We will respond to such requests within one month of receiving them.
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data we hold about you. We will respond to such requests within one month.

We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
